Guidelines for Visitors

The Westford Food Pantry currently supports individuals and families living in the following communities:  Westford, Chelmsford/North Chelmsford, Lowell, Billerica/North Billerica, Dracut, Groton, Littleton, and Tyngsborough.


  • Westford residents may receive a full order of food once per week.
     
  • Residents of other listed towns may receive a full order twice per month (every other week).
     

📌 Proof of residency is required at registration. Acceptable documents include a driver’s license, utility bill, or any form of identification that shows your current address.


If you live outside of these communities, we encourage you to call Project Bread’s FoodSource Hotline at 1-800-645-8333 for assistance locating food resources in your area.

Hours of Operation:

Cameron Senior Center – 20 Pleasant Street, Westford.  Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before closing.


If you arrive later than that, you may receive a pre-filled bag rather than shopping through the pantry.

  • Wednesdays: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
     
  • Fridays: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM

what to expect:

Visiting the Pantry: What to Know

  • No appointment needed – simply walk in during our open hours.
     
  • A volunteer will greet you and guide you through your visit.
     
  • First-time visitors: Please bring proof of address (such as a license or utility bill).
     
  • If possible, bring your own reusable bags to carry your items.
     

While You're Here

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children under 18. Children must remain with you at all times.
     
  • Please respect the privacy and confidentiality of all clients.
     
  • No food or uncovered drinks while shopping or in the waiting area.
     
  • Covered beverages are permitted.
     
  • Please limit cell phone use to urgent or emergency calls only.
     
  • Keep conversations to a respectful volume for the comfort of all visitors.
     
  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

code of conduct:

  • As the pantry is located within the Cameron Senior Center, we kindly ask all clients to be respectful and considerate of Senior Center members, volunteers, staff, and fellow visitors at all times.
     
  • Please do not move furniture or alter the setup of the space.
     
  • We ask that you follow volunteer guidance and be mindful of your time, especially when others are waiting.
     
  • Help us maintain a welcoming environment by keeping the space clean and organized for everyone.

parking:

  • All clients of the pantry may park in the lot adjacent tot he Cameron Senior Center.  Designated handicap parking spots are available with required handicap hang tag or placard.  Please do NOT park in the fire lane or other unmarked spaces as you will be asked to move.

shopping for another client:

  • You may shop for another client with their proof of residence and a note giving you permission to shop for them.
